At Nexus Smoke, we value timely and efficient service. Our order processing schedule operates from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be queued for processing on the next business day. For orders received after 5 PM on Fridays, or during weekends, processing will commence on the subsequent Monday. Additionally, please note that we observe all public holidays, during which order processing is paused. This schedule is important to consider for an accurate estimate of your order's arrival time.
