Upon receiving your items from Nexus Smoke, we urge you to examine them right away.

For purchases, we only accept returns or exchanges if the items are defective.

You must initiate any return or exchange requests within 7 days following the confirmation of your order's delivery.

In cases of broken products, Nexus Smoke provides store credit or gift cards, but this must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Please note, we do not issue refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or missing.
