🙋‍♂️ Is My Product Defective or Do I Need a Replacement Part? 🤔Updated 4 months ago

If your Nexus Smoke product continues to fire after use, has charging issues, activates unexpectedly, or is not functioning properly, please record a video demonstrating the issue and send it to [email protected]. We'll review the problem and work towards a resolution. When emailing, use "Damaged or Defective Item" as the subject and include:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Email Used to Place the Order
  • Description of the Issue

It's important to check your items immediately upon their arrival. Nexus Smoke provides store credit or refunds for products reported as broken within 7 days of delivery.

Please be aware that we are unable to provide replacement parts for disposable vapes. For Mods & Kits, a thorough examination is necessary to determine the appropriate course of action.

Without a video or photo of the defective product, our ability to assist, troubleshoot, or offer compensation is limited. Additionally, we require a photo of the actual items received in your order, not just the order form, to provide assistance.
