At Nexus Smoke, if you choose to refuse delivery when the carrier attempts to deliver your package, it will be considered a 'refused delivery'. Please note, any packages returned to sender after being refused by the customer, for any reason, will incur a $20 restocking fee.

Upon the package's return to our facility, it will be restocked, and a refund will be processed. Keep in mind that if a restocking fee is applicable to your return, it will be deducted from your refund amount. Should you prefer to receive your refund as an electronic gift card instead, please reach out to our customer support at [email protected] before the returned package arrives back at our facility.
