At Nexus Smoke, orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. For first-time orders, please allow around 1 business days for processing. We handle order processing from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. Any orders received outside of these hours will commence processing on the next business day. Please note, orders received after hours on Fridays or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day.

The processing timeframe starts once we've completed ID verification for you and any other individuals associated with the order. For more information on our ID verification process, please refer to our Age Verification page.
