Upon receiving your products, please inspect them promptly.

Nexus Smoke only accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased online if they are found to be defective.

Nexus Smoke does not allow for refunds or returns based on subjective experiences, such as dissatisfaction with flavors or perceived burnt taste. These unverifiable personal perceptions are not considered valid grounds for a return to ensure product quality and integrity.

You must submit any requests for returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. Nexus Smoke may choose to provide a gift card equivalent to the value of the defective items upon confirming the defect or a direct replacement included with the customers following order.

Our Quality Assurance team meticulously examines each returned item. Note that once an item is sent back for inspection, it cannot be returned to you. The inspection process involves disassembling each device, followed by appropriate disposal. If a device is determined to be non-defective, or if it's returned empty or used, compensation will not be provided. Please consider this when requesting a return label for any defective devices.

Refunds are issued solely for items that are returned and confirmed as defective by our quality assurance team.

Nexus Smoke reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange requests.
