📦 Delivered Package but No Sign of it? 🕵️Updated 4 months ago

We're sorry to hear that you might not have received your Nexus Smoke order as expected. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you can't locate it, please consider the following steps:

  1. Check various places where the carrier might have placed your package for safekeeping, such as your mailbox, porch, garage, or any areas shielded from potential weather hazards.
  2. Inspect around all exterior doors and any other spots where the package might be left.
  3. Revisit your mailbox, as some packages may arrive separately from your regular mail.
  4. Ask household members if they received the package on your behalf.
  5. Occasionally, packages marked as 'delivered' may arrive within an additional 24-48 hours.
  6. Inquire with neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to their address.

Please note, Nexus Smoke is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of packages after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at [email protected] or through our support page with the subject "Missing Package" and provide the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Email Address Used for the Order
  • Optional Message

We ask you to wait up to 24-48 business hours after the package is marked as delivered, as it might be delivered the next day, before reaching out to us.
