For new Nexus Smoke accounts, ID verification is a necessary step. While 95% of our customers experience instant age verification, in some cases, you may need to upload a photo of your I.D. which can also be instant or it may take up to 1 business days. This verification is required only for your initial order. However, if you place subsequent orders using different accounts, each account will need to undergo its own verification process.

Moreover, if you're involved in someone else's order, your age will need to be verified as well. For every purchase, any additional parties included in the order must also be verified.
